Martha High is one of those music legends who has stayed somewhat in the shadows, which is strange when you think of what she’s done. But something emanates from her which makes you want to know more.
You’ll see that she shines; she radiates a contagious good mood which has not been defeated by the challenges she has faced in her life.
Having been a backing vocalist and working with James Brown for 30 years, and then having collaborated with Maceo Parker, among others, she’s got for us today a solo album produced by our favourite Italian crooner: Luca Sapio.
